These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CAG Moveflow (the “Service”), an application designed for property managers to organize move-ins and move-outs, capture photos, and compare property condition over time. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, interfaces, and branding. These Terms do not grant any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress.

12) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, the license to your User Content for service operation ends, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., backups for a limited period).

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where our principal operations are located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” below indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
